Dear Asiatica ,
My name is Huong Brewer , I recently went on a trip to Sapa organised by your company . I thought I drop you an email to give some feedback about the trip . First of all , me and my family had an amazing trip , the service was excellent from the moment we were picked up by your driver to the point we were dropped off again at ours at the end . Our tour guide mr. Loi was very helpful and child friendly ( there were 3 loud and active children on the trip :) . The train journey was very pleasant , the bung beds were comfy , and the overall cleanliness on the train was very good too , the 10 hour journey didn't seem very long at all . When we arrived at the hotel , we were also very pleased with the hotel that we stayed at , beautiful , clean rooms and broad varieties of breakfast choices , we couldn't be happier with the hotel . But more importantly the trip itself to Muong Hoa valley , silver waterfall , cat cat village ect was the most amazing experience I've ever had , sapa was breathtaking beautiful and the service we received during the whole trip was indeed a very pleasant top mark one . I would like to say thank you to my friend cao thuy duong for recommending and organising this trip for me , our tour guide mr.loi and our drivers who took us there and back safely . I wish you all the best and I shall be back to use your service again very soon . I attached some pics with my email to show you what amazing place Sapa is and what a trip we had .
Your sincerely ,
